These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our grooming services. By booking an appointment with Muttedly Pawsome, you agree to the following:
1. Appointments & Cancellations
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
2. Pet Health & Safety
Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a risk to staff or other animals.
While we take the utmost care, grooming may expose hidden health issues for which we are not liable.
3. Owner Responsibility
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations.
Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during grooming.
4. Service Guarantee
We aim to provide the highest level of care and grooming. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns.
5. Liability
We treat every pet as if they were our own. However, Muttedly Pawsome is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, unexpected health issues, or accidents beyond our control.
6. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
